Claude helps leaders discover a powerful, authentic voice by moving beyond traditional “outside-in” external directive coaching. In addition to exercises for vocal mechanics like range, pitch and projection, this method works from the “inside-out”, sourcing and leveraging personal core intentions and giving them voice in alignment with the goals of the program leader.

In supportive group settings, participants use singing as a tool — and a tool only — to

Breaking the Ice
The process begins with playful vocal exercises and tongue twisters, gradually unfolding into warm-ups that open the body, free the voice, and quiet the inner critic.
