In addition to vocal mechanics like range, pitch and projection, this method works from the “inside-out”, sourcing and leveraging personal core intentions and giving them voice in alignment with the goals of the program leader.
In supportive group settings, participants use singing as a tool – and a tool only – to risk expressing greater levels of transparency, emotions, and personal power. The process begins by breaking the ice with fun tongue-twisters, progressing to vocal warmup exercises, and then evolves into powerful content and transformed expression. By removing the pressure to sing well, and using well-chosen words and inspiring music, participants find the freedom to be more passionate and impactful.
The results are transformative: executives become more confident and charismatic, quiet voices emerge with more courage, and teams develop stronger bonds in collaboration.
